Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Optimize workflow processes to meet productivity targets
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain equipment readiness
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Valid driver's license (required for facility vehicle operation)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
