Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and train 15+ warehouse staff using company-provided equipment and technology
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and report issues
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience
- OSHA certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with automated warehouse equipment systems
