Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
- Oversee inventory control processes using provided WMS technology
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless logistics operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with equipment operation
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and equipment maintenance expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
