Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory with 100% equipment provision
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory management systems for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Analyze operational metrics to reduce costs and improve productivity
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation and supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment-heavy environments
- OSHA certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS preferred)
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot warehouse machinery (provided)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software
