Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff including forklift operators and pickers
- Optimize inventory control systems using provided WMS technology
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols with company-provided PPE
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with company-owned material handling equipment
- Implement process improvements using provided warehouse management tools
- Conduct performance reviews and training for team members
- Manage inventory accuracy with provided RF scanners
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment safely
- Experience with WMS software (training available)
- High school diploma or equivalent
