Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and lead team of warehouse associates in safe equipment operation procedures
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and equipment utilization
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with equipment oversight
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to operate and manage forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification required
- Experience with WMS systems and warehouse automation
