- Supervise 15+ team members in receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment training sessions
- Optimize inventory management using provided WMS technology
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor staff development
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance schedules
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift and pallet jack operation certification
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
