Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Train and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using provided WMS technology
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS) and warehouse technology
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and optimize operational workflows
