Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10+ team members using company-provided equipment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation scheduling
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory software
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with automated warehouse systems a plus
