Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team performance through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing teams
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Ensure facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (day/night/weekend shifts available)
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
