Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with flexible shift scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all activities
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with transportation and sales teams for seamless operations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a distribution center
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work flexible hours
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
