As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the bridge between management and operations, ensuring that our logistics goals are met with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Manage and schedule warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performance team.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock shortages and optimize storage.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure machinery is operational.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in supply chain management is a plus.
