Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all work areas
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics and on-time deliveries
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in distribution or manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
