Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff in receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and customer service teams
- Analyze KPIs to improve productivity metrics while maintaining quality standards
- Manage flexible scheduling including weekend/night coverage as needed
- Train and develop staff through competency-based programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS, ERP)
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams with flexible scheduling needs
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations or equivalent experience
