Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during flexible shifts (morning/afternoon options)
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement cycle count procedures
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and dock operations
- Train and develop team members on equipment handling (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams on stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong inventory management system knowledge (WMS preferred)
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for early morning or afternoon shifts
- Intermediate MS Office Suite and data analysis capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
