Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor team members through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and sales teams
- Conduct regular process audits and implement continuous improvements
- Generate operational reports and KPI tracking for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
