Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including training and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct daily audits and prepare operational reports
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
