Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with flexible scheduling
- Implement OSHA compliance standards and maintain a safe work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation coordination
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory systems and conduct regular audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification and mechanical aptitude
- Flexibility to work adaptable hours (including some weekends)
