Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient transportation scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate repairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (early morning/late evening)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
