Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members, ensuring safety compliance and performance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with transportation and sales teams to meet customer delivery timelines
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA regulations
- Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operation certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Exceptional leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Flexibility to work adjusted schedules including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
