- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff and coordinate daily workflow assignments
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and best practices
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Optimize space utilization and process improvements
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless material handling
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution environment
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (morning/afternoon/weekend options)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory software
