Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during flexible shifts, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse layout and operational efficiency
- Conduct daily performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement

- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience with flexible scheduling background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse automation tools
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization and process improvement
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
