Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff across shifts, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems, including cycle counts and WMS operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs by 15% annually
- Conduct performance reviews and develop training programs for warehouse personnel
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment scheduling to maximize uptime
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with flexible scheduling systems
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
