Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
