Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, ensuring safety compliance and operational efficiency
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize space utilization and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety training and OSHA compliance audits
- Manage performance metrics and KPIs for team productivity
- Collaborate with transportation teams to maintain seamless supply chain flow
- Handle scheduling with flexible hour options to support team needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/distribution
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team collaboration
