Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and implement process improvements to reduce errors.
- Coordinate with logistics managers to optimize shipping schedules and resolve any delivery issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control procedures.
- Forklift certification (required) and valid driver's license.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed.
