Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock records.
- Enforce strict safety compliance and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive culture.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Optimize warehouse workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Valid Forklift Certification (High Reach preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
