We are looking for a proactive leader to ensure our daily operations run smoothly from dock to door.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and workflow optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping activities to meet delivery deadlines.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and generate reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Experience with WMS software (e.g., Manhattan, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
