Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members to ensure productivity and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Optimize workflow using lean principles and WMS technology
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification and materials handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with TMS/ERP integration and automation systems
