Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers and box sealers
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order completion
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and order status
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid New Jersey driver's license (for equipment operation if required)
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
