Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates through scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Implement lean principles to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless supply chain flow
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Proven expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control
- Strong leadership skills with track record of team development
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification preferred
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation experience
