Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ team members to achieve performance metrics and safety standards
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless operations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisor/lead roles
- Proven track record in inventory management and WMS implementation
- Forklift certification and OSHA-30 certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in warehouse management software
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
