Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Generate inventory reports for management and stakeholder reviews
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
- Implement lean inventory practices to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Train staff on inventory protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory or warehouse management experience
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
