Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement lean inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily safety audits
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and operator certifications
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven track record in inventory reduction and process optimization
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
