Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and shipping teams
- Perform cycle counts and assist in annual audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified) required
- Strong mathematical accuracy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
