Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 12-15 warehouse associates
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software and lean principles
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift certification programs
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/manufacturing
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Data analysis experience for inventory optimization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
