Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce shrinkage
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities and maintain accurate records
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address compliance issues
- Collaborate with logistics team to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software and inventory management
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
