Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and inventory control teams
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Manage warehouse technology systems including WMS and inventory tracking software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Proven expertise in inventory control systems and OSHA compliance
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse management software
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Ability to work hybrid schedule (3 remote days/week, on-site supervision)
