Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to maximize productivity and maintain high morale.
- Monitor inventory levels through cycle counts and audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across the facility.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to meet critical delivery deadlines.
- Prepare and review daily operational reports for management review.
- Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar operational role.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of effective team management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
