Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, accident-free facility
- Optimize inventory control systems, cycle counts, and accuracy metrics
- Streamline order fulfillment processes to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Manage equipment operations including forklifts and conveyor systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced settings
