Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members in receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement lean methodologies to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and inventory teams
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Develop training programs for new hires and performance improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
