Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and warehouse layout
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless inbound/outbound logistics
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
