Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and schedule repairs as necessary.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures to maximize efficiency and space utilization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) required; knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
