We are looking for an experienced professional who can oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity targets are met.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and safety-conscious work environment.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts to maintain high levels of accuracy and inventory control.
- Optimize warehouse workflows and layout to improve turnaround times and reduce operational costs.
- Manage and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Valid Forklift Certification and willingness to obtain any necessary additional certifications.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
