Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with management to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment knowledge required.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
