Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment for all employees.
- Manage inventory levels using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to prevent stock discrepancies and optimize storage.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or operations management.
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate heavy machinery safely.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team development.
- Proficient with inventory management software and WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, or similar).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and peak season overtime as needed.
