Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring productivity targets are met.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to maintain high morale and performance standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of orders.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on operational metrics and staff performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) and valid driver's license.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
