Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 5-8 warehouse associates, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity
- Enforce strict safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Optimize workflow processes to meet operational targets
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Coordinate with transportation vendors for timely deliveries

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
