Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates in daily operations
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends as needed
