Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Manage team of 10+ warehouse associates through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and warehouse activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
